Prudential Ride-London 100

Summer is on the way, and that means it's time to get on your bike to fight mitochondrial disease. Taking part in Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 is a great way to get fit and have fun while supporting The Lily Foundation.

Celebrating the legacy for cycling created by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the event starts from 05:45 in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then follows a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside.

With leg-testing climbs and a route made famous by the world’s best cyclists at the London 2012 Olympics, it's a truly spectacular event for all involved.

The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 finishes on The Mall in central London, shortly before 150 professional cyclists race in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic on a similar route.

The minimum fundraising pledge is £350, and our fundraising team will give you plenty of support to help you reach your target. We'll also send you a free Lily technical cycling top, and cheer you along on the big day with our famous (and very noisy) Lily cheering squads.

So what are you waiting for? Book now and secure your Lily place in the UK's biggest cycling event of the year.

Let's fight mito with pedal power!
