After all that overindulging in mince pies and mulled wine, we all want to start the new year on a positive note, but every January thousands of us spend our hard-earned cash on expensive gym memberships, full of enthusiasm to start with. There are Lily challenges taking place all over the UK, so it’s easy to find one near you. Once you sign up you’ll have something to train towards, and if you take part with a friend or family member you’ll have a training partner too. Unlike a gym, there are no expensive membership fees to pay, and we guarantee it’s a lot more fun!
Choose from short, middle and long distance runs, bike rides, obstacle races, hikes, adrenaline challenges and much, much more. We have guaranteed places at lots of major events including the Great North Run and the Royal Parks Half Marathon.
