The London Landmarks Half Marathon is one of our favourite events of the year. This year marks its 10th anniversary and promises to be extra-special.
This closed-road race is the only half marathon to run through both the City of London and the City of Westminster, offering an iconic route packed with history, energy and incredible support.
Starting on Pall Mall and finishing near Downing Street, you’ll pass Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye – making every step count for children and families affected by mitochondrial disease.
London Landmarks is more than a race, bringing together local schools and community groups, cultural organisations and historical landmarks, sports clubs and music, entertainment and support in one capital celebration. It’s like a guided tour of London with your running shoes on!

Registration
Registration is free. We just ask you to pledge to raise £400 to help our charity fight mitochondrial disease. We have limited places for 2027, and after the success of last time, competition is fierce, so make sure your application stands out. Let us know your motivation and ideas on fundraising to meet your target.
