Spreading the word about mitochondrial disease is a powerful way to help everyone affected, and setting up a Lily Foundation awareness stand is a great way to do that. Think busy places like schools, supermarkets, health or sports centres – anywhere with good footfall.

Keeping mitochondrial disease in the public eye helps to drive research, boost donations to mitochondrial disease charities like ours, increase the chances of early and accurate diagnosis (by educating doctors and patients), and encourage health policymakers to keep improving clinical services.

Our FREE awareness packs include leaflets, wristbands, stickers, bunting, balloons, a fundraising pack, poster, collection box, badges and Lily t-shirt.

From Land’s End to John O’Groats, we’re aiming to get Lily awareness stands set up all over the country in 2026.
